Glenmere Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Florida, NY. The brewery is named after the lake from which our brewing water comes from. It has been our mission to produce an array of beer for the community we live in. We will be brewing on a 15 barrel system and will produce 2 to 3 beers at a time that will change with the seasons. We believe by brewing seasonally we may offer more types of beers to the community and the forever changing American palate.

Nestled in the Warwick Valley, Pennings Farm Cidery is the newest addition to Pennings Farm, a long established family business that now offers a great line of ciders for everyone to enjoy. Pennings Farm Cidery formed in December of 2014 as the newest addition to the Pennings Family Farm operation. The Cidery offers a variety of dry, semi sweet, hopped and other flavored ciders made on the farm right from our own apples, hops and other fruits. We also carry a variety of other New York State cider, craft beer and wine. Stop by our tasting room any weekend to see what you like best and enjoy our beautiful view!

At Applewood Winery our wines and ciders are made from our own vineyards & orchards and from across New York State. We make a variety of wonderful wines from warm barrel-fermented reds to crisp, steel-aged whites. In addition, we make delicious fruit wines as well as our award-winning Naked Flock Hard Cider. Every wine and cider is produced in a "limited edition" batch, with many bottles spoken for as soon as they're labeled. Due to our commitment to the finest quality wines, you'll only find our wine at the tasting room and in our online store.

Orange County Distillery is the result of what happens when two small business owners have the same long four month off-season. What started as an off the hip idea at a Christmas party very quickly turned into something real, more than just an idea. That idea turned into an LLC, which turned a run down one-hundred year old barn being used for tractor and spare parts storage into a distillery, which turned a working vegetable farm into a farm that also fronts as a distillery farm. So come take a look, see our farm, try our spirits. If you want white-walls and granite counter tops while you sample spirits, we might not be your place. But if you want to see a true farm distillery, a true farm to bottle operation, then stop on by.

Westtown Brew Works is a true Farm Brewery, handcrafting small batch beer brewed with our own hops and ingredients grown by our farming neighbors. Our brewing philosophy is to let the best local ingredients guide each beer’s style. Our hops are naturally grown and hand harvested.

Our manicured grounds, gardens, and orchards span over 120 acres. We are the proud creators of the award-winning and New York’s original cider, Doc’s Cider. We are home to the first distillery in NYS since prohibition, American Fruits. We are the creators of the SFWSC Double Gold winning Black Dirt Bourbon. We offer a critically acclaimed wine collection, and we make a mean sangria and excellent cocktails. Our mission since our inception has been to create fruit based alcoholic beverages that are as unique as the fruits themselves. We encourage you to visit and share in our adventures.

Comments from Attendees

Great company, relaxing bucolic views, delicious beverages, and DIRT mag staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend doing this for a relaxing Saturday away from the normal grind when it's offered again. And I'd like to revisit several of those breweries!
